The Garden Route Trail Runners (Garden route Trail Running ) gather every Monday and Thursday evening for social runs through the forests and foothills of George. When you run with them, something shifts. You start learning the curves of Witfontein, how the light falls through the trees, and where each trail leads. But more than that - you begin to connect. You meet people who match your pace, your energy, your humour. You meet crews - teams of friends - who turn the miles into memories.![]()

Before long, those Monday and Thursday evenings become a rhythm in your week. And sometimes, they grow into something more. Into early Saturday summits. Into slow Sunday climbs.
